The Fernbrooke Homeowners Association (FHOA) represents 91 active adult single family homes located in Westampton, New Jersey, off Route 541 in Burlington County and just off Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Construction of this quiet well-landscaped community began in 2002 and the last home was built in 2004. Fernbrooke is a uniquely quiet neighborhood that is centrally located near shopping, parks and close to many operating farms. All homeowners are considered members of the FHOA and the community is managed by a contracted management company in collaboration with a Board of Trustees.
