The Fernbrooke Homeowners Association (FHOA) represents 91 active adult single family homes located in Westampton, New Jersey, off Route 541 in Burlington County and just off Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike. All homeowners are considered members of the FHOA and the community is managed by a contracted management company in collaboration with a Board of Trustees.

FHOA In-person Quarterly Meeting Survey
The online survey, conducted in June, did not receive enough responses for the Board further explore a transition to in-person quarterly meetings. If you would like to gather signatures from the community requesting the FHOA Board investigate transitioning to in-person meetings, please print the poll sheets and notify the FHOA Board, at FHOA.Survey@gmail.com, that you are conducting the survey.
