The Fernbrooke Homeowners Association (FHOA) represents 91 active adult single family homes located in Westampton, New Jersey, off Route 541 in Burlington County and just off Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike. All homeowners are considered members of the FHOA and the community is managed by a contracted management company in collaboration with a Board of Trustees.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
FHOA Spring Inspection was conducted on May 18th.
On May 22nd courtesy violation emails and letters were sent to Homeowners who need to address violations.
As part of the recent Spring inspection, a total of 29 Homeowners had architectural violations identified.

If you did not receive a notice, you were in compliance.

If you received a courtesy violation notice and notify CPM that you resolved the violation, you will receive notice from CPM that the violation has been closed.

FHOA In-person Quarterly Meeting Survey
The online survey, conducted in June, 2025 did not receive enough responses for the Board further explore a transition to in-person quarterly meetings. If you would like to gather signatures from the community requesting the FHOA Board investigate transitioning to in-person meetings, please print the poll sheets and notify the FHOA Board, at FHOA.Survey@gmail.com, that you are conducting the survey.
