The Fernbrooke Homeowners Association (FHOA) represents 91 active adult single family homes located in Westampton, New Jersey, off Route 541 in Burlington County and just off Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike. All homeowners are considered members of the FHOA and the community is managed by a contracted management company in collaboration with a Board of Trustees.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
FHOA Spring Inspection
Spring inspections were conducted on May 18th. Courtesy Violation Notices were sent on May 22nd to 29 homeowners who needed to address violations. Second Notices were sent on June 15th to homeowners who had not responded to CPM.

If you did not receive a notice, you were in compliance.

If you received a Courtesy Violation Notice and responded to CPM that you resolved the violation, thank you.

If you received a Second Notice or Fine Assessment, please notify CPM once the violation has been corrected or corrective action has been scheduled.

FHOA In-person Quarterly Meeting Survey
The online survey, conducted in June, 2025 did not receive enough responses for the Board further explore a transition to in-person quarterly meetings. If you would like to gather signatures from the community requesting the FHOA Board investigate transitioning to in-person meetings, please print the poll sheets and notify the FHOA Board, at FHOA.Survey@gmail.com, that you are conducting the survey.
